Mersive support is available 8AM through 5PM US Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
Support is closed on the following holidays:

• Typical ticket acknowledgement response time is less than 1 hour during Support Hours.
• Typical email support response time is 2 - 4 hours during Support Hours.
• Typical phone support response time is less than 1 hour during Support Hours.
Maximum Mersive Support response time is 1 business day during Support Hours.

APAC support is available weekdays 9AM to 6PM (GMT +8 hrs). Response time is within 1 business day during Support Hours.
