Helpful details

## Give support a clear picture of the room

Describe what happened, what you expected, and any error message you saw. Add the details below where you have them. If something is missing, send what you know.

### Serial number

Include the affected device's serial number so support can identify the unit. Look on the device label or its record in the cloud admin portal.

### Firmware version

Include the firmware version the room is running. The release notes describe changes and fixes that may be relevant to the issue.

### Room name

Use the room name shown in the cloud admin portal. If the name on the door is different, include both so support can identify the right room.

### Network setup

Tell us which networks the room device and the user's device were connected to. If known, include the VLANs and any proxy or 802.1X configuration. Note whether the same setup worked before and what changed.
