About this policy
This policy explains cookies and similar technologies on the Mersive Polaris website. Read it alongside our privacy policy, which explains how Mersive handles personal information across its business.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. They can remember a preference, keep track of a visit or help a service work. Some expire when a session ends; others remain until they expire or you delete them.
Local storage and session storage hold information in your browser without sending it with every web request. Local storage can remain between visits. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab's session. Your browser may clear either sooner.
How this website uses these technologies
- Website preferences. Remembering the language you select and choices you make in interactive tools.
- Forms and communications. HubSpot delivers our forms and supports inquiries, subscriptions and follow-up communications. Its services may use cookies to recognize a browser, manage a session and associate a form submission with a contact.
- Measurement. Website tags and analytics help us understand visits and interactions. The cookies used depend on the services enabled and your consent choices.
- Consent preferences. Where a consent banner is displayed, its service can store your choices so they can be applied on later visits.
- Optional interactive features. Browser storage can remember game progress, sound preferences and comparison or calculator selections.

| Language preference | mersive-language in local storage remembers the same choice between visits. | Until cleared or replaced. |
| Language suggestion | mersive-language-suggest in local storage remembers that you dismissed the offer to read the site in your browser's language, so it is not shown again. | Until cleared. |
| Interactive tools | Local or session storage remembers selections in comparison and pricing tools. | For the tab session, or until cleared, depending on the tool. |
| Optional games | Local or session storage remembers progress and display or sound preferences. | For the tab session, or until cleared or reset, depending on the feature. |
This table describes website features. Third-party services may set additional cookies. HubSpot describes the purposes and lifetimes of its cookies in its cookie documentation.
Your choices
Where a cookie banner or preference control is displayed, use it to review and change your cookie choices. You can also use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Clearing storage may reset your language, tool selections or saved game progress. Blocking certain cookies may affect forms or other features.
Choices can be specific to the browser and device you use. Deleting cookies may remove a saved preference, so you may need to make the choice again.

Third-party services
We use Google Tag Manager to load website tags and HubSpot for forms and tracking. Those providers may process information about your browser and interactions as described in our privacy policy. Following a link to another website brings you under that website's own cookie and privacy practices.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as the website and the services it uses change. The date above identifies this version. Send questions about cookies or personal information to privacy@mersive.com.
